Admission Process

Application: All year round.

Class begins: September each year

Students can Apply & Register all year round. Class begins each year in September. Students join in September for MBBS course.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

a. In class 12 Board Examination: Candidates should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and obtained minimum 50% in PCB (Average) and should be minimum 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission:

If Class 12 results are NOT DECLARED, student can apply for Admission and s/he will be issued Admission letter – with the provision that they will satisfy the eligibility norms given above and then they will be admitted to the program.

There is No Entrance Examination. Admission is on a "Rolling" or "First come First admit basis" – this is the norm in China. Applications are accepted till seats are available. Those who apply EARLY stand the best chance of admission. Though Admissions are OPEN till September. We recommend that students apply EARLY - before seats are filled up. Students can apply throughout the year.

Step by Step Process for Application Process

Step 1: APPLICATION

Application to National Vidya Foundation using the form

a.	Complete application form with photos and class 10th mark sheet

b.	Make a draft for Rs 5000 (five thousand) payable to: “National Vidya Foundation” payable in Kolkata.

c.	Send class 10th mark sheet with this

d.	Send your class 12th mark sheet and Passport copy (if available).

Note: IF you do not have a passport – Apply for it now!! This is important.

Step 2: ADMISSION LETTER – Takes 1 to 7 days for issue

a.	Send Rs 45,000 draft for issue of ADMISSION Letter to “National Vidya Foundation” for issue of Admission letter

b.	Complete the Application form of the University and send it to us.

c.	Send your Class 12th mark sheet (scanned copy or photo copy).

Step 3: INVITATION LETTER (JW 202) – 45 days for issue from China

Submit your Passport copy photocopy and scanned copy.

Pay Rs. 50,000 to National Vidya Foundation.

The invitation will be issued 45 days from the date of filing.

Step 4: VISA ISSUE & MCI FILING

Pay the last installment of Rs. 75,000

Complete the MCI documentation.

Give original Passport and documents for visa filing.

Go to New Delhi to file for MCI.

File for visa in Embassy of China covering your region

Step 5: TRAVEL TO CHINA

Buy US $ and Travelers Cheques

Transfer money for fees by SWIFT / Bank (if needed)

Fly to China and Join the University.
