Admission Process:

 

Step 1: Download & complete your Offline Application form and Courier it to: Authorized Representative with a copy of class 12 mark sheet and demand draft of fees or Apply Online Now.

 

Step 2: University will issue you Admission Letter, once we receive your application.

 

Step 3: Scan and send copy of your Passport along with other mentioned document if you have it. Or APPLY for your passport if you do not have a passport - click here to apply for passport in India: http://www.passportindia.gov.in

 

Step 4: We will file for your visa and get it issued once we receive all your required documents.

 

Documents needed for initial evaluation for admission in University of Perpetual Help

1. 1. Scholastic records (11th and 12th mark sheet)
2. 2. Copy of passport bio page
3. 3. Police clearance

Also Note: Upon their arrival in the Philippines, the nine important documents must be presented and submitted for their enrollment:

1. 1. Scholastic records
2. 2. Birth certificate
3. 3. Copy of passport bio page with visa and arrival stamp
4. 4. Certificate of good moral character signed by the teachers or guidance director
5. 5. Police clearance from your country
6. 6. Proof of financial capability
7. 7. Psychological clearance from the country of origin
8. 8. Medical certificate from the country of origin
9. 9. 3pcs 2x2 picture.

Incomplete documents will not be process for enrollment.
